Depth-oriented therapy for adults seeking genuine change - in-person in nature, or online across Australia.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain where to begin, or navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, or midlife changes, therapy offers a steady, collaborative space to explore what’s happening for you.
Hello! I'm Rebecca (she/her)
I’m a registered Psychologist providing integrative, trauma-informed therapy, drawing on evidence-based approaches including EMDR for trauma and distressing life experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded, supporting you to better understand your experiences and respond in ways that feel sustainable and aligned.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, women’s health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy via Telehealth or in person on my rural property in Martinsville, NSW, where the natural environment can support reflective, eco-psychology-informed therapeutic work. Further details are available on the Nature-Based Therapy page.

Whether online or in person, we’ll explore approaches that fit your needs, preferences and strengths, moving at a pace that feels manageable. If this approach feels like a good fit, you’re welcome to book an appointment using the online booking link. If you have any questions before booking, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact page.

Warm regards,
Rebecca
