Fees and What to expect
Hello! I'm Rebecca (she/her)
I'm a registered Psychologist with a PhD, and I hold a Graduate Diploma of Trauma-Informed Process Work Psychotherapy, a two-year qualification. I'm registered with both AHPRA and PACFA, and I'm EMDR-trained.
That combination shapes how I work. Alongside evidence-based psychological therapies, I draw on somatic and process-oriented approaches, with attention to what is happening in the body and not only in thought. I'm also a yoga and meditation teacher, and movement, breath and creative methods often have a place in the work when they are useful to you.
This matters most for people who have spent years managing by thinking their way through. If you have been described as capable, self-aware, or good at coping, insight alone may not have shifted much. Working with the body as well as the mind can open a different route.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, women's health concerns, relationship challenges and life transitions, including adults recognising ADHD or autism later in life.
Sessions are available via Telehealth across Australia, or in person at The Pines Sanctuary, my rural property in Martinsville NSW, where the natural environment can form part of the therapeutic work. More on the Nature-Based Therapy page.
This practice suits people who are able to engage consistently over time and are not in immediate crisis. We will move at a pace that feels manageable, and take the approaches that fit you.
If it feels like a good fit, you are welcome to book online. If you have questions first, the contact page comes straight to me.
Warm regards,
Rebecca
