Hello! I'm Rebecca (she/her)
I’m a registered Psychologist and PACFA-registered therapist, integrating evidence-based approaches into my work, including EMDR therapy for trauma and distressing life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded, supporting you to better understand your experiences and respond to them in ways that feel sustainable and aligned.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, women’s health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy via Telehealth or in person on my rural property in Martinsville, NSW, where the natural environment can support reflective, eco-psychology-informed therapeutic work.
