Hello! I'm Rebecca (she/her)
I'm a registered psychologist with a PhD, and I hold a Graduate Diploma of Trauma-Informed Process Work Psychotherapy, a two-year qualification I completed alongside my psychology training. I'm also EMDR-trained and a registered member of the EMDR Association of Australia.
That combination shapes how I work. Alongside evidence-based psychological therapy, I draw on somatic and process-oriented approaches, which means we pay attention to what your body is doing and not only to what you can explain in words.
Much of my work is with adults who have recognised ADHD, autism, or both later in life, and who are managing the burnout, masking and identity questions that follow. We move at a pace you set.
Sessions run via Telehealth across Australia, or in person at The Pines Sanctuary, my rural property in Martinsville NSW.
