My approach is grounded, heart-centred, and informed
by both science and depth psychology.
I value a personable and attuned approach to therapy, working from an attachment-based and relational framework. This means fostering genuine connection and creating an environment where you can feel understood, supported and free to be yourself. As a trauma-informed practitioner, safety and non-judgment are central to my work. I deeply respect the vulnerability involved in seeking support and I hold each person’s story with care and honour.
"If the path before you is clear,
you're probably on someone else's."– Joseph Campbell
My therapeutic style combines compassionate curiosity with a focus on increasing self-awareness and reflective capacity. Much of our inner world is shaped by long-standing patterns, beliefs and habits. These can influence how we think, feel and act. Sometimes in ways that no longer serve us.

Together, we'll explore these patterns with openness and clarity. With greater insight into your internal landscape, new possibilities often emerge: choices that feel more aligned with your values, relationships that feel more authentic, and a deeper sense of direction in your life.

Everyone experiences seasons of challenge, uncertainty or emotional strain. Therapy offers a space to navigate these times with support, and to strengthen qualities such as courage, resilience and psychological flexibility. I’m committed to walking alongside clients as they develop ways of moving through life that feel grounded, genuine and personally meaningful.

My work is guided by the belief that attending to your inner experience; your thoughts, feelings, conflicts and hopes, is a powerful act of self-care and personal development. You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many clients come to understand themselves more deeply, reflect on life’s transitions, or invest in their ongoing wellbeing.

The Art of Balancing Life
As a meditation and yoga teacher, I’m personally guided by the connection between mind, body and experience, and this also underpins my therapeutic work. I live with my partner, Gener, and our blended family of five teenagers, who offer a daily reminder of the importance of grounding, humour and perspective.
Time in nature, long walks and regular meditation support my own wellbeing. Our rural property, The Pines, provides a space of stillness and connection with the natural environment, and this sense of presence continues to shape the way I meet and support clients.
